Our Hassle-Free Return Policy at Wholesale Fencing
At Wholesale Fencing, we take pride in being a trusted wholesale fence supplier and manufacturer, committed to providing high-quality materials for your fencing projects. We understand that occasionally issues may arise during shipping or there may be a need to return certain items. To ensure a smooth process, we have established a clear and fair return policy that outlines the necessary steps and guidelines. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy to facilitate a hassle-free return experience.
Handling Damaged Material Returns During Shipping
Upon placing an order with us, you can rest assured that we thoroughly inspect every shipment before it leaves our warehouse. However, once the materials have left our facility, the responsibility for their safe delivery lies with the trucking company. Any instances of shortage or damage must be promptly noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Please be aware that Wholesale Fencing cannot be held responsible for any damage or shortage caused by the delivery company.
In compliance with DOT guidelines, our guarantee of product quality extends only until the truck arrives at your property. It is essential for customers to unload the truck and assume full liability for any material damage that may occur during unloading, even if the driver provides assistance. We recommend that you thoroughly inspect the delivered items and, if any issues arise, sign and mark the problem on the Bill of Lading.
In the unfortunate event of damage or shortage, please notify us promptly, and we will assist you in the next steps. An insurance adjuster will be assigned to your area, and we will keep you informed of the progress and actions being taken. While Wholesale Fencing will make every effort to assist our valued customers, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to seek reimbursement from the trucking company for any damages or shortages.
To ensure accuracy, we double-check all quantities before shipping them from our warehouse. However, we understand that errors can occur. If you believe you have been shorted materials, it is crucial to verify the quantity with the loading employee at the warehouse or the shipping driver. We kindly request that you have the driver sign off to confirm any discrepancies. If you fail to verify the quantity shortage with the driver, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for the needed materials.
At Wholesale Fencing, we strive to deliver materials that perfectly match your project requirements. Each job is cut specifically for your project, and therefore, there are no returns on extra materials. All sales are considered final. We work directly with the manufacturer, who enforces a strict no-return policy on extra materials, and we must align with their guidelines accordingly.
Order Cancellation and Restocking Fees
If you decide to cancel your order after payment has been collected but before receiving any material, a refund can be issued, provided the material was not cut or ordered in from another location. However, if the material has been cut, packed, or ordered in from another location, a restocking fee of 35% will apply. It is important to note that once the material leaves our yard, it is considered used and cannot be returned or sold as new.
For customers who received a gate kit and wish to return it, the freight expenses for the initial delivery and the cost of returning it to us will be their responsibility. Additionally, a restocking fee of 35% will be applied to returned gate kits.
Credit card disputes initiated after payment has been processed and purchase orders have been created will be met with a 35% restocking fee, along with credit card cancellation and legal fees.
