Co-Extrusion
This is the most advanced and widely used manufacturing method today. Our vinyl fencing is constructed using two layers, each containing ultraviolet (UV) inhibitors. The layers are chemically bonded under high pressure and temperature to create a solid, continuous piece. This process requires higher investment in equipment, tooling, training, and overall production.

The American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) provides technical standards and product ratings for a wide range of materials, including vinyl fencing. Products must satisfy these minimum standards to comply with ASTM requirements. Some manufacturers use pipe-grade specifications, which provide lower levels of UV protection and impact resistance.
